The free trial class (link) is a class where you will have the opportunity to meet your partner and their teaching methods in order to establish your needs, interests, and goals.
There is no obligation, so if you decide not to continue learning with us, there will be no charge.
Please note that regular classes last 1 hour; however, since this is a free trial class, it will last 30 minutes.

After the free trial class and deciding to continue with us, you can go to the private classes page, fill out the corresponding form, and make the payment.
Note: After the free trial class, we will send you a summary of what was covered in the class and additional information through the contact details you provided in the form. Therefore, we recommend that you provide accurate information when filling out any forms to ensure good communication.
NO. When you purchase a class, package, or conversation, you gain access to all types of materials. Your partner will provide you with everything you need to work towards your goals.
You can schedule your class or conversation today.
Remember that when scheduling or booking your class, it must be done at least three hours in advance. For example, if you want to schedule your class right now and it’s 5 PM, you would need to book your class for 8 PM.
This way, we can organize your class with excellence. Additionally, since the classes are exclusive and private, slots are usually limited. Therefore, if there is a prior reservation at the same time and no partner is available, we will contact you to reschedule your class for a different time or day.
It depends on the partner. Additionally, keep in mind that our team is constantly growing and changing. Some, like Juan, speak English, others only Spanish, and some a bit of German. However, the partner assigned to you will speak Spanish most of the time. This way, you’ll learn more quickly from day one in a natural and real way.
Note: If you have any preferences regarding this—whether you want your partner to know both Spanish and English, or only Spanish—you can leave a comment when filling out the form, and we will do our best to match you with the right partner.
Yes. You can change the time or day of a class as long as you do so with at least 12 hours’ notice.
The partner will try to contact you and will wait for 25 minutes. After that time, the lesson will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.
