Remember that when scheduling your conversation, it must be done at least two hours in advance; for example, if you want to schedule your conversation at 5 PM, you would need to schedule it for 7 PM.
This allows us to organize the conversation efficiently and contact you to finalize details. Additionally, since conversation spaces are exclusive and private, availability is limited. If a reservation has already been made for the same time and no partner is available, we will contact you to reschedule your conversation for a different time or day.
It depends on the partner. Additionally, keep in mind that our team is constantly growing and changing. Some, like Juan, speak English, others only Spanish, and some a little bit of German. However, when scheduling a conversation space, remember that we will be speaking in Spanish for the most part.
Yes. You can change the time or day of the conversation as long as you do so at least 12 hours in advance.
